Videos
Some pages include a YouTube video. Until you tap play, nothing at all loads from YouTube. When you do tap play, the video loads from youtube-nocookie.com, and from that point YouTube's own privacy terms apply to that video.
Typefaces
The page's typefaces are fetched from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google's servers for them, which shows Google your IP address the way any web request does. No cookies are set by that request.
Server logs
The company that hosts the site keeps standard server logs for security: the IP address a request came from, the page asked for, the time, and the browser's own description of itself. Apart from those logs and the typeface request, the site collects nothing about you and sets nothing on your device.
